Tiffany Lawrence, PMHNP-BC

Tiffany Lawrence, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who offers compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals at Axis Integrated Mental Health, which has offices in Louisville, Westminster, and Aurora, Colorado. 

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and has spent over a decade working across the mental health spectrum. From psychiatric emergency rooms and inpatient hospitals to detox units, outpatient clinics, and adolescent residential programs, Tiffany brings deep, hands-on experience to every session.

Tiffany specializes in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, and step-down care from in-patient, IOP or PHP programs. Her clinical skills include psychiatric evaluations, crisis stabilization, medication management among others. She's also skilled at supporting adolescents with complex behavioral needs in residential settings.

Known for her calm demeanor, trauma-informed approach, and ability to meet patients where they are, Tiffany creates a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore healing. She helps patients develop realistic treatment goals, whether that means finding the right medication, navigating a crisis, or building long-term resilience.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Tiffany worked as a trauma and psychiatric ER nurse – experience that shaped her commitment to providing grounded, responsive mental health care.
