Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Transformative Patient Care: Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment interventions for individuals of all ages. Develop personalized care plans that combine psychotherapy, medication management, and integrative therapies like nutrition, mindset, and social prescribing.
- Lead with Compassion and Expertise: Build strong, therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, empowering them to engage in their treatment journey.
- Specialize in Advanced Treatments: Gain hands-on experience in TMS and Spravato therapies, becoming an expert in selecting, administering, and managing side effects. Help patients navigate innovative treatments that are changing the landscape of mental health care.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Maintain an 85% schedule utilization rate, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients.
- Achieve high-quality patient care visits that meet 99214 reimbursement criteria in at least 85% of visits.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction levels exceeding 90% through empathetic and effective care strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited PMHNP or PA program.
- Active, unrestricted PMHNP or PA license in Colorado and board certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Experience in psychiatric settings, with a minimum of 3 years as a Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant
