Patients interested in being considered for FAMLI leave must have a diagnosable, serious medical condition, such as depression, and must be engaged in a qualifying treatment such as Spravato or Deep TMS. Approval for leave is determined by clinical assessment and state requirements, not by request alone. Please also note that we reserve the right to revoke paid mental health leave if a patient chooses to cancel all treatments with us.
