Bryce Thacker, DNP

Dr. Bryce Thacker is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Axis Integrated Mental Health with 18 years of experience as a nurse practitioner. He began his career in family practice, which provided him with a holistic view of mental and physical health. Driven by his passion for mental health, Dr. Thacker obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in the Psychiatric-Mental Health specialty. Since specializing in mental health as a PMHNP in 2022, Bryce has focused on helping children and adults recover from mood disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and other mental health conditions that disrupt one’s ability to "live their best selves."

At Axis Integrated Mental Health, Dr. Thacker also serves as a clinical team lead, dedicated to assisting in the lifelong learning of our amazing clinical team of prescribers and Spravato and TMS technicians. Just like with his patients, Dr. Thacker works alongside our clinical team to help them grow and become the best versions of themselves.

Dr. Thacker is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, integrating his extensive background in family practice to address the interconnectedness of mental and physical health. His approach is centered on helping his patients achieve optimal well-being and quality of life.

Personal Interests:
Dr. Thacker lives in Burlington and is proud to be part of rural Colorado. In his free time, Dr. Thacker enjoys being an active member of his community and engaging in various outdoor activities that rural Colorado offers. He is also a proud Huskers football fan! 

Current Location and Availability:
Dr. Thacker offers telehealth appointments for those needing mental health support for all Axis Integrated Mental Health locations. His hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday for our Aurora and Westminster locations and Tuesday and Friday for our Louisville location. His hours Monday through Thursday are 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday from 8:00am-1:00pm.
