Elinor O’Buckley, MSN, PMHNP, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who is passionate about reducing mental health stigma and improving access to compassionate, evidence-based care. She provides expert care to patients at Axis Integrated Mental Health in Louisville, Westminster, and Aurora, Colorado.
With a background in cultural anthropology, nursing, and behavioral health education, Elinor brings a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to mental health treatment. Her clinical experience spans crisis intervention, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, long-acting injectable therapies, and psychiatric medication management.
Elinor is known for integrating traditional psychiatric services with holistic practices. She offers personalized treatment plans that may include mindfulness, movement-based therapy, and hydrotherapy.
